hi.. neeewb question again...😉
i am wondering which plugs too use on my savage with an sh .28 p3 pro now in the winter time with temps from +2' celsius too -8'celsius?????:MPSred:

if it was me i would not be going out but you are thinking of going out then i would use a r3 witch is a hpi plug and its a hot plug but thats on about 20% fuel

i,ll be using 25% byrons with 11%oil
or 20 % if thats what is best.. i have that too.. so is not good to run em in winter time then??
i have a sock on the cooling head and can over the airfilter.. and a center skid plate to protect the bottom of the engine from snow..

all i will say is i ran mine in the snow and had no problem howevery the last time a went out the loss snow hit the head and the engine run **** for about 2 mins till she wormed back up

what I'm saying is yea it a good time in the snow but be carefull that the snow don't hit the heqad as its like a car engine you warm it up drive down the road and then the state opens and all that cold water rushes into the block so it the same the snow hiting the head makes it shrink and it shrinks around the piston so at the end of the day its down to you as a person

so all i will ad if you do go out stay away from the big loss snow

I don't have any personal experience with runnin in the snow cuz we don't get snow down here in Florida. All I can go by is from what I've heard from members who have. I know the main thing I've always heard was that the colder temps wreck havoc on the plastic parts. The plastic becomes really brittle when it's cold out. I'm sure others who have more experience with runnin in snow and the cold temps will eventually chime in. Wish I could help more.

I was going to add this. Don't bash too hard.

I even went to Home Depot and spent a couple bucks, made some chains for my tires. Didn't really help much, but looked pretty awesome.
