Which Material Screws?

Which material hex screws for my Savage?
I have three options;

Stainless steel-hex
High tensile steel-hex
High tensile steel-6lobe

Will be bought from this website

after looking at their specs I would go with the high tensile black screws

The High tensile steel-hex one right? because the 6lobe uses the tork wrench which I don't have
