which hump pack to buy?

hi all. i have a new savagex4.6 and was wondering which hump pack work great in my savy and what is the minimum mAh required. what brand hump pack would you get? i also plan on getting better sevos for it down the road. thanks for all the help.

I run both the venom 1200 and the OFNA 1400. Had great luck with both. I would get at least a 1200 IMO.

This is the one i run in my racer http://www.losi.com/Products/Features.aspx?ProdId=LOSB9820 its a LiPo Hump but really its overkill. In my basher I run a OFNA 1400 both are great packs.

i bought mine from a place called onlybatterypacks.com.. they have batteries for almost all brands including hpi!! mines a 1500 mah NiMH and i think i payed $30.00 and it came with the charger and any type connection you need!! they were great to deal with and quick shipping!! and i haven't had a problem with it!!

You sure can. Basicly the higher the Mah the longer the battery will last between charges(In lamens terms).

i saw a hpi hump pack that was like a 2000 mah on ebay believe it or not but it was gone when i went back!! i thought hpi only had the 1200 mah pack but apparently not!!

aah ok!! i saw it and thought it might of been a misprint or something!! as most humpacks i see are 1200-1600 mah!! thanks for clarifying what its for larsenracing!!

Larsen, you run the LiPo at 7.4 volts? Do you have a regulator on it? What kind of rx do you have? I am curious cause I have some LiPo's around but I have read they should be rugulated or theres a chance you can burn your rx up.
