whats a good spur gear clutch combo for the 25?

i just got a savy 25 but its so much slower and weaker than my 46 . what gears should i get to make it have a better take off torque and keep some speed? any help would be greatly appreciated. thx and happy bashing

you want take off torque and speed unfortunatly you cant have both i ran 15/49 on mine to get good of the line with moderate top speed. if the s25 is tuned at the limit of being safe it will and likes to rev high so the lower gearing works well on it

thx i was told to try a 13 and 52 .I'm looking for mostly alot of power top speed is second. just want more pop at the flick of the trigger. thx for the info..

max you may find that a tire swap will help make it punchier as well those old savy tires are heavy.

i have never run that mill max, but just saw the pic, that is a sweet savage.

gonna use all the stocker parts i saved & resurrect my stocker savage at some point. they are fun trucks out of the box.

ok thx. I'm getting new tires for the savy 46 today. do you think it will help my 25 if i put my stock 46 tires and wheels on my savy 25? ill try it out
