The HS-5625MG is slightly faster but has less torque than the HS-5645MG.
HS-5625MG Speed 0.14sec, torque 131oz-in
HS-5645MG Speed 0.18sec, torque 168oz-in
Most people look for speed with the Throttle/Brake servo, plus the HS-5625MG has enough torque to use as Throttle/Brake servo. Hope this helps.

Well if you don't mind spending a bit extra $£ I would (and have done so last week) buy a Hitec HS-7966HB its the fastest standard size servo Hitec make. Speed 0.08sec
This servo will give very fast throttle response. But will cost more $£ than the HS-5625MG.
There are other servos out there but I have always gone with Hitec.
