What is the diffrence

Hey guys i was looking at these two motors

I'm trying to decide on which one to buy

look at the specs Can Length, Weight, Continuous Watts, and Surge Watts are the thing that are the differences

Ok after i emailed Joe this is the reply i got (didn't even take 30 min for him to reply)

The 1512 is a shorter motor than the 1518. The 1512 would not work in a monster truck application. It would have a tendency to overheat pretty rapidly. Take a measurement on the chassis and see if you can fit the 1518 in the vehicle. Being a longer motor and lower kv it would handle the power much better than the 1512. It would be a little slower than our 1515-2200 that comes installed, but since it's longer than the 1515 it would handle more power and run at a lower temperature.
