I have the original tires and weals for Savage 4.6 rtr

to answer your question: imo there is no such thing as a 'best foam.' there are a lot of good 1's and peeps will have thier personal favorites.

IMO- moulded foams are gonna only do so much to firm up GT2 tires cuz they arent a great tire. Also consider better tires with a smaller side wall to increase stability.

I also 2nd the nomination for the molded proline foams. They came with my mulchers and I haven't seen ANY ballooning whatsoever

ive had a set of thr proline moleded foams and they worked ok till two of them ripped inside the tire but there tires are great i run the bow-ties and they hook up on everything.
