What fuel next?

Hey all,

Well, I am just about out of my first gallon of Sidewinder 20%. My LHS has stopped stocking it, so I need an opinion what I should be running next. Here is what they carry:

Byrons (31.99/gal)
O'donnells (31.99/gal)
Trinity Monster (26.99/gal)
Blue Thunder (26.99/gal)

Which is the best for bashing and racing around the park? Any opinions?

I use O'donnell myself. The price is not that bad at your hobby shop. My nearest shop (about 1hr 15 min away) wants $44.95 for a gallon of 30%. Just remember you will have to use after run oil since O'donnell does not come with in it like Sidewinder.

Get Byron gen2!! It runs really cool and makes tuning a breeze!

Also it doesn't leave gunk in your engine like other fuels. After 1 gallon on my new engine it still looks brand new inside!

i've used trinity monster power, but will be switching to another trinity brand cause one of the lhs here doesn't stock it anymore. i really like the stuff, truck runs good, easy to tune.

stay far, far away from blue thunder. i bought that at first. from one tank to the next, the truck's tune would be WAY out of wack. stuff was garbage.

Bryon Gen II FTW nothing runs like it. I run 30%.

My first gallon was blue thunder....stay away!! I had the biggest problem with tuning!! I'm looking to switch too, I've called to my LHS's and "Nitro Juice" 20% & 30% seems to be a brand carried by all. Anyone ever used it? good...bad...?

first time i hear the widewinder have after run oil in it, seems cool 🙂

I have never even seen Sidewinder fuel. So I didnt know it had ARO in it either. Interesting.

I'm bout to try out S & W fuels 20% blend, my LHS is selling this now, and the guy in there says he trusts it...so I'm gonna give it a whirl. I believe the guy who makes it is out of PA somewhere.
