I can tell right off by your vid the idle setting is too high, also the spur and bell mesh is still too tight as evidenced by the plastic all over the place and the spur gear being chipped and torn up a bit, lower the idle setting on the carb a bit and reset that mesh, also may want to clean off all that plastic mess and always have the air filter in place when running the truck...

Put the truck on the ground and let it run awhile keeping it close to you running in circles..
you may also want to check your needle settings again and follow the manual recommendations for break in... never ever raise the idle with the trim setting, always use the idle settings on the carb...

Yeah

To add. It may be running lean. Also these engines could be sensitive to exhaust configurations so that thing you have connected could be messing with things.

i have to agree here, that long extension tube you have hooked up is sure to be part of the trouble, do us this favor, make a vid with the engine not running and show full throttle and full brake on it, and then just for fun take a vid of the carb opening and what it does through the range of throttle and back to idle without using the brake.....

I have check the mesh and i know now what you mean by feeling. There is a slight tick, also rechecked with a paper. roll through the mesh and pulled it out without the paper breaking. So i believe should be good. Please correct me if i'm wrong. Also i found out that there is no grease in the transmission box. I read somewhere in this forum that there should be grease. Can you enlighten me. Thanks.

A small amount (a blob the size of a pea) of white lithium grease applied to the metal gears sparingly is probably best IMHO. Some on here use WD-40 spray. Since the transmission uses both plastic and metal gears a heavy grease job would mix with dirt and wear materials and form an abrasive paste that causes wear instead of preventing it.

New transmissions are full of some kind of nasty stuff and I cleaned it out.

Mine is a brand new truck and only have 2 tanks in it. When I remove the top half of the transmission as I want to inspect the spur gear, it was spotless and there was no grease in the gear box.

A lot of people here run them that way. I sprayed mine with something like WD-40 and then flipped it over to drain for an hour and then reassembled it. This was my second transmission. The first one was full of grease. It failed. I cleaned it out of the new one.
If you chose to lube it with something make sure it is safe for plastics.
