well i was wondering if it would be cheaper to buy all the parts to make an xl or just easier and cheap to buy an rtr? i think it would be fun to buy all the parts mostly off ebay cause I'm sure you could get parts pretty cheap sometimes. just kind of wondering is all then i could make like i want it that way but i don't know what do you guys think?

you should just buy bankrupters nitro platinum r/c savage. he doesnt use it.

well i decided instead of buying either a new savage, or a used savage, or a roller i would make a 2 in 1 savage.

so when i want to go electric or nitro the only think i will have to swap out is the middle section and my Rx.

i only had to buy a few things for this project like a second tranny case and a few other odds and ends so i wouldn't have to swap them cause i had most of it the only real spendy part will be my engine.
