very simple wing mount on my XL (lots of pics)

ok so 1st you need about 30mins, a drimel (2 cuttin disks and a drill bit), 4 bolts with locking nuts, and about $4 in angle alum. for my wing supports i use an old busted rollcage form a jato and for the wing i used a revo wing.

step one i cut the rollcage and mounted the wing on it.

the i cut the angle alum into 3 pieces, one wide and 2 narrow pieces.

then i drilled hole and mounted the narrow pieces under the wider piece

then i mounted it to the shock tower

after a couple of 2ft falls its holding up great!

be mindful this one is very rough (remember 30mins) but works very well! have fun with it, i hope this helps out some of you guys out there!

Looks good bud. With its height I could see yesterday I was affraid you would rip it off but now that I see how it is mounted it will swivel first. should hold up well! Post back and let us know from time to time..
