Norad the unit responsible for keeping an eye on the sky's over north america is a joint operation between the United States and Canada has been doing this for a while now for the kids..

on xmas night they show santas loction on a map so the kids can see what part of the world Santa is flying in..

I figured i would post it up for the Forum members with younger kids...
 
I'm all for keeping the christmas spirit alive, especially for the kids and this is a great way to do it.. thanks for posting it i'll let the kids watch santa's progress....
 
my oldest boy just turned 4 & is all into Christmas & Santa this year... Plus, he is pretty good at the computer for preschool, man is he gonna love this!!

I will have to show it to my daughter this weekend. Great idea to keep the spirit alive. It seems as so many holidays and so on are dying off. I mean Halloween was pathetic this year and wasn't great last year.

No on has lights up maybe 1-6 houses this year. Man when I was a kid everyone had lights up.
 
HAHA! I remember as a kid Norad would feed their radar video to the news crews. Id get pretty excited around 10pm and then off to bed! Good to see that Santa is in the new age now.
