Unresponsive controls

Will someone please advise me as to why all radio functions are completely unresponsive on my just broke in Savage X 4.6. I have installed new batteries and it shortly worked, then became erratic, and finally nothing. Also before it quit the truck would have jumpy throttle response at low to full throttle without being able to get to 2nd gear. Thanks

Your crystals may be had already .. or it can be a manf defect.. I would call hpi and see what they say

Thanks, I switched my friends receiver and it works, so I hink you may be right

yeah send it to them or call .. They will send you a new one

Tell ya in the racing and bashing world if you are going to keep the stock radio or any AM/FM radio it is best to keep an extra set of crystals or 2. Or if money isn't a problem go with a 3PM or another radio with 2.4ghz technology. Just my .02
