Tuning problems

My engine is set to very rich to the point that a little gas is coming out of the exhaust. Somehow when I go full throttle the ending starts ringing then calms down. There is a decent amount of ringing which I don't understand why it happens evehthough it'a very rich. The plug is brand new so there is no problem there.

Basically my engine is set very rich and there is a lot of ringing. Any ideas to why that is happenig?

There is only one needle.... Hsn on the picco. Not sure how I can fix that....

on my picco .28 there was a low end and a top end
