tuning issues

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and just bought a Savage X. Iv'e had many problems but they are all my fault and i'm really excited to run her but I have only had experience with electric. When I start her she takes off and I'm scared to run her. When she doesn't take off, she isn't very fast. I'm comparing this to 007FILBO from youtube. His truck seems to be flawlessly tuned. if mine comes anything close to that i will be extremely pleased. Also anything else that i need to know regarding the truck and nitro in general would be great. -Joey

Is the engine run in properly? Jut sounds like your setting is rich.

I was thinking the same thing myself, it keeps flooding in the engine. Are the instructions above done on an idling block. Also thank you so much for the advice it made it much simpler for me.
