I recently got a savage x 4.6 running. Today I was running the car just tuning the engine.
It ran fine but when I was finished and spun the wheels by hand I noticed it would click and the wheels would be hard to turn.
There is a tiny bit of metal debris inside of the transmission which might be a clue and the sound is coming from the transmission.
The entire upper assembly of the transmission has been removed and it only clicks when the car is moving forward.
Edit: Found the problem, it’s the cup the dogbone connects to where the brakediscs mount. Does anyone know if there is any upgrade available for this specific cup?
