Tire rip

found this on one of my rear tires today. Not too concerned about it but I'm sure it will spread into a gaping wound. Can I fix with ca glue? Or rubber cement?

Use some of the rubberized ca for gluing tires, it works well for just that kinda tear

I've fixed a tear on the sidewall before by roughing it up with sandpaper, cleaning with DA, then using a piece of bicycle innertube and CA as a patch. It's held up for years. Not sure how well you could patch that spot though.
