I would get verison FiOS internet if they had it here, between 30- 50mbps depending on the area.

for you guys that can't get high speed internet in there area, Look into or search for wifi antenna's, you can build one easy, really it is just a tin can and coax cable, there is one you can make using an old satalite dish that will let you get wifi up to 100 miles away (line of sight) so if there is an open wifi spot nearby you can use there wifi from home...

I got 1200 But I only pay $20 a month for qwest DSL. My dads old work(where they build the space ships now) had T1 that I used to do all my windows updates It was great.
