the best of old and new model savage x 4.6

Hello guys,
I have this savage a few weeks now and I wanted the bp differential and a tank protector .En a few dust covers. And that is on the new model. So I bought a new model. But they did a lot of bashing whit this one
I'm going to transfer these parts to the old model.
and he big bore shocks off course.
I let the old engine because it has more compression.And it runs better..
Are there any other parts that I should use from the new model?

Welcome! aboard and nice truck! I'm sure it will keep you entertained for some time, I too am building up an older 4.6SS. I've found lots of good info in the short time I've been here.
