Yea now it looks like a question....
As for the question:
I have never had one to give you a honest answer. It is caused by the tank design/placement so.... maybe ???

so how dose the placement of it make it like that, i read something about it being lower than the carb but didn't really understand it, is there an easy way you could explain or ain't it your expertise?
