Was running my truck yesterday and came into a nice tune at 224 degrees and ran great for a while and then it soon droppped to 180 degrees. The truck seemed to not be shifting as well eaither. I leaned it out some and some more and the temps only raised a little to 195. what do you guys think it could be the transmission? because it didnt want to shift well eaither? let me know what ya think.

The reason it was not shifting is because it was not reaching enough power or RPM. The motor needs to be running correctly to shift depending on shift settings. 195 is to cold. You need to lean it out. I am not sure why it all the sudden you saw a shift in temps. You must have had some sort of lean condition before something like the tank not 100% sealed or something then it sealed and cooled. Try leaning it out a bit more.
