I just finished putting sway bars on my 25, what a job.
The 25 is not designed for them or they are not designed for it.
The A arms do not have holes for the pivot rods. The bulk heads
have no holes for screws or sway bars notches.
You can expect to spend a lot of time doing this if you decide to.
I tried to show these areas but, the pics aint so good.

ive never had any use for sway bars, they restrict my suspension travel, i can only see use for them for road use..... never the less you did a great job adapting your truck to adopt that feature, maybe time you brought your savage up to date, arms, bumpers and uprights ect are cheap enough
 
I guess you didn't notice the new arms and bumpers don't show in pic..
Yes uppers are cheep and i think I have some hidden somewhere.
I just took a drill and used it as a dremil to notch the uppers no
sweat there.
