Stripped Gears

I have just rebuilt the gear box and replaced all the bearings on my XS and the teeth have just stripped again! I have done all the usual suggested things to prevent this from happening, so why has it happened again in such a short space of time. I don't bash hard, just a few 4ft jumps and that's it. Is there an aftermarket set that I can use that is better than the crap HPI stock?

Which gear or gears got stripped?
The external spur gear or something inside the transmission?

What style of driving are you doing (running fast laps / big air bashing)?

Both the spur gear and the slipper gear. I haven't yet managed to get big air, the most I have done is about 4ft. I have just ordered a stainless steel slipper gear, but I'm struggling to find a hardened spur gear that doesn't cost the earth in inport fees.

Can part of your stripping problem be driving technique related?
Are you landing under power?
Besides misaligning the gears, that's a sure way to strip them.
