Stock transmission breaking!

The teeth in my transmission are grinding off and breaking off. Its only two gears, its the one connected to the spur gear and the other meshes with the previous gear.
So my questions are:
What has caused this(possibly mis adjusted slipper clutch?)
Also what would be a good replacement in your opinions, because this transmission is toast.

just buy a new gear or tranny and i think you can shim the tranny to keep the gear mesh tight.

yeah thats crazy its new and ate up already get new gears and look up threads on how to shim the transmission i think theres a few on here ... good luck happy bashn
