Starting with drill?

Do I need a special bit for my drill to use it to start my truck? Savage SS .25

if your mill is set up with a rotostart backplate, you can put the rotostart wand into a drill to start it.

i don't recommend it tho cuz its an invitation to smoke your O.O.B.

better off converting to pull start, just my $.02

I prefer a pull start as well but if you use a drill, make sure it has a clutch and is set at a low setting. That way if engine floods or locks up, drill will stop turning.

I used to use the wand in the drill and worked fine. Make sure that you have a drill that can spin fast enough though. Right now I have the Roto Start unit and a pull start.

Where can I get just the wand? I bought a used truck without the rotostart, I just want to use the drill and roto wand until I can go pull start.
