So I got a heck of a deal on a lightly used savage XL and a set of LST2 shocks. Had a OS 18CVR laying around so I decided to throw it all together to see what would happen. The motor plate is the same as the one I made for Joey(savageman46) a while ago. He has had no issues with it so I figured why not make another. I just started throwing things at it that I had laying around as spares like a full set of swaybars, wing w/mount, and 17mm hubs.

Looks really nice clemet. Have you tested out how it performs with a smaller engine?

It does pretty good. Had it at the track last weekend my only complaint was it was lifting a tire so I threw the swaybars on it.

It don't have the top end, but for racing (no limit or buggy style) around here you don't need top end more control than anything.
