Small Block Savage

Well after seeing the guys at nlrc run the small block savages I have decided i want to build one myself, Just wondering if somebody could help me with what all parts I will need, what mill to run and etc. Thanks

why would you put anything smaller that a .28 in a savage?

savage came with a .21 in earliest model
