Slipper problems

Can someone tell me why my slipper keeps get damaged?
I put the screw all way down and it still gets damaged.
I've changed like 5 slipper in 3 months.

i guess it spins it and it gets disappeared.

i use steel 49t spur gear.

i've also replaced the screw/spring/washer set

I don't have pics i've replaced it.
The slipper cluth? is gone... only some remaining pieces
behind the spur gear.

you are probably running he slipper too loose

in the manual it says tighten all the way down and then loosen a half turn have you tried that? or maybe put a little bit of thread lock on the shaft to keep the nut from backing off.imo.
