running 15 49 gearing, those beadlocks are heavy, but since installing the molded foams and the tires hook up nice now, maybe I will try the 17 cb

17/49 will be a tight fit, but will work.

yea get it to 17 (2.88) or better. I run 19/47 (2.47) on my LRP. Id keep it below (2.76) that is stock .28 gearing for the X

15/49 (3.27) is lower than the 16/52 (3.25) gearing on the xl

I don't mind doing wheelies, if I don't want to do em I just roll on the throttle. Whats the 19/47 gearing like? Any wheelies? Or do you prefer top speed over torque?

Great video. FYI, if you hit the brakes when your sliding backward on your roof you will flip back onto the tires 60% of the time.
