I have had this problem several times and it is getting kinda old. The shock rod end will pull right off of the shaft. Once I find all the pieces (spring cup, spring, rubber tube on the shaft) and can reassemble the shaft screws right back in like it is supposed to and feels secure, but I eventually have to go on a scavenger hunt for missing parts. It's not always the same shock, so I don't think it is just wore out plastic. Or maybe they are all wore out and just take turns letting me know. Any suggestions on how to keep this from happening? I was considering just JB Welding them on.

put some limiter straps on each axel just use small cable u can find it in fishing tackel shops they carry the crimpers and all. that way when you suspension release's it wont pull the bottom off the limiter strap(cable) wont let it.
