Adding these shocks tonight, and wondern what oil i should use with silver springs.. I have 35 weight in the stockers. Thanks

I run Losi 45 Silicon oil and sliver springs and its way to stiff. I need to get around to lowering it. I would go to 35 Wt but I want a nice and cushy ride for faster action on bumps. I have a set of Yellow springs and they were way to stiff as well but keep in mind I was running 45 with them as well. I would say if your bashing and jumping huge I would go silver springs and 40wt silicon oil or maybe 35 but it could get soft.

I can't remember what I put in mine, but judging by all the empty bottles in my garage, it must have been 30WT. Before that I tried 40WT and found that was too stiff for my liking. I also lowered my truck by fitting some of the rubber bump stops from the stock Savage shocks underneath the pistons.
