Here's a cherry question, what is a "servo saver" & if it saves servos why isn't it already on the truck? The steering developed some serious play last time out, is the SS the cure or what am I looking for on Ebay?

It's a device used to protect the servo's gears. It will absorb the difference between where the transmitter is telling the servo to go and where the wheels are actually going. If you hit a rock or something that forces the tires one way but the servo is pointing the other way, something has to give. Without a servo saver, it's most likely the servo's gears that will give. I don't think I've ever seen a vehicle that didn't come with a steering servo saver.

I'm on the bottom of the learning curve, but I'll get there. It does have them on the truck. What confused me is the fact that the package that came with the truck labled "servo saver" has only plastic parts on a tree...no springs. Thanks for putting up with me guys!
