I'm new at this website so I hope I'm on the right thread. I want to build a bashing Savage truck for the yard and stuff like that so why should I be able what kind of Savage?

I feel like asking such a question on this forum will stir up quite a debate 🤣
I loved my nitro savage, but when I converted to flux I loved it more, I don't think I'd ever go back not nitro any time soon!
The whole savage line imho is pretty decent, whichever you choose. Theres heaps and heaps of threads on this forum to get a savage "bashing ready" or at least more than it already is.
Currently the two "main" ones you can get that aren't listed as discontinued by HPI:
HPI Savage X 4.6
HPI Savage XL Flux
The Savage XL 5.9 says discontinued but replaced by a v2 model that is yet to be released too.
All depends on your budget really. How much time and money you're willing to put into the truck.
