Savage XS Universal joint drive shafts

Hey guys

Anyone tried using the universal jointed drive shafts on their savages?

I'm thinking they might be particularly useful on the front where the wheel turns and causes some weakness (had a couple of breakages).

They're not cheap though - any thoughts?

When I had my XS I ran these front and rear, never had a problem with them compared to the standard cups that wore out quite quick and not liking full lock when worn out.

I also used the heavy duty optional centre cups too

I used the HPI ones, never tried the eBay ones

Cool thanks, will prob just get the hpi ones. Were you running 3s??

I had run through a few packs of 3s but found it too much of a handful to handle so stayed on 2s but geared up a bit
