i have a freind with a savage xl all bone stock it brand new he stripped out the clutchbell and i gave him a stock 16 t vented one we installed it and now his clutchbell sits to far up against his spurgear its like less than half on we took all washers off and we even checked and tightend down the nut on the crank shaft between the clutch shoes and it made it better but the spurgear still does not have a true lineup it still set back does anyone know how to get more clearence after all washers have been removed and the nut has been tightend can i shave a little off the top of the nut or will it make the front part of the clutch shoes rub against clutchbell
