Ive had my HPI Savage XL Flux V2 for about a month and ive already gone through 4 pairs of front tires. It keeps ripping them off.
Is there something I'm doing wrong or is there something i can do so they don't rip every time?
Ive tried a few different types of tires but so far all just rip.
Thanks for your help.

Hi

When you say rip are you saying the glue is not strong enough, or are you saying that the rubber is ripping to pieces because the tires are ballooning. If it is the glue then try some BSI IC-2000, if it's not the glue try the following'

Here are a few options

1) Belted tires, I do not know if these are still being made or not but I think they are.
2) Thicker harder tires.
3) Us good quality Duct tape to tape the inside of the tires to prevent them from ballooning.
4) Tie string, fishing line, twine or Zip ties around the tires. "Yes people actually do this"
5) Find really firm wheel inserts.
6) If you have a center diff, put 1 million wight diff lube in it, and 100k to 500k in the front diff.
7) Adjust the Punch setting on the speed control and the radio

8) and if all else fails DIAL BACK THE THROTTLE, tires are not cheap but going a little bit slower is not going to kill you and it will save you money.

I hope these options help.
