Savage X SS Reverse Module Keeps Breaking

Hi guys, I have broken two reverse module on my Savage X SS, seems like the new heavily modded LRP Z.28 Spec 3 engine I am now using is too strong for the weak gears inside the reverse module. The engine is a beast!

Has anyone else had this problem, or any ideas or suggestions?

I doubt any of the Savages come with the reverse module, it's an option part requiring a 3rd servo on the truck and a 3 channel radio or the mixer with a two channel radio to work.

yes your right as far as i know none of the savage's come with reverse!!

Well I shredded yet a 3rd reverse module today, I'm done with the reverse, the cheap-o gears in those things can't handle the power the engine generates.

tru dat. i don't know anyone with reverse of if they do have it ive never seen em use it.

yeah i don't think that many people use reverse on their savys but there is a savage x 4.6 that is sold with reverse but it is only sold in Europe.
