Posted on here a while back. Finally got back to getting this thing running. Got the Kershaw DD system in. I have a 2200kv BL system out of an Axiel Yeti XL, which I am told if the MM1. Truck has tons of torque. Wants to brake and drag brake real hard. Will play around with that in the software. Using stock spur 49T and all I had handy was a 17t spur. From what I am reading, I am under gearing it. Looks like 21t would be the way to go. Mainly using 6S. Anything else I need to watch out for?
 
As a recent brushless convert myself, I would suggest making sure your diffs are properly shimmed, especially if you're running 6S. I run only 4S and the truck is brutally powerful already. This is especially important because I believe the X has the sintered crown and pinion gears, not the machined ones that the Flux comes with. When those gears eventually break, be sure to replace them with the machined bulletproof diff gears:
