savage x brakes

hey, I need new brakes for my savage x. what do u guys think about the stainless steel ones? would I still have to replace pads?

it comes as a kit with pads rotors etc, I have them on my X

I've had my savage for around 8 years with the SS brakes. No issues yet, I think I've only put new pads on once. Can still do an endo very easily if I'm not careful.

i have a pair laying around. Once I wear out the fiberglass ones, I'll slap em on.

Heres awesome for all, use 2ss pads and shoes ,put a single red disc on ,,,you will have brakes like you never knew possible,and a spare red disc.....works for me.

Am no good at the photo thing but its in this order ..metal shoe ,pad, red disc ,pad ,,metal shoe ..
