Those tires will fit those wheels.

A caution though, those are 14mm hex wheels. If you have 14mm hexes you should upgrade to 17mm hexes as they will be far more durable. If you have 17mm hexes already, great, but those wheels will then not work.

Depends on the model of Savage you have, they used to ship with 14mm hexes and now come with 17mm hexes.

I believe those wheels will need a 3.8 tire, or in some circles like Losi a 420 series.....

What does the 7inch mean?

Got me there , 115mm works out to 4.550 inches....
Could refer to overall with tire of choice which would be close to 7 inches overall.....

it says that wheel is 83mm so I think it is 3.2 not 3.8

Just about any wheel with the hex you are using will fit the truck. RPM makes wheels to fit in all sizes and theirs are some of the best.......
