A bit more Savage than HPI expected...

Bad news guys, I told Jason about the savage, and his mom was firm on the "No, it's bad for someone with cancer to smell that stuff!". So as soon as you read this, please don't send any donations, those already sent will be returned or refunded. Sorry to give such bad news so soon, but it must be said. The only donations accepted at this point will be prayers and good words from the great, generous people of HPI Savage Forum.
Thanks to the kind hearts of all who offered help, some just can't be reasoned with.
Regards to all,
Corey S.

Hello,
I'm working on a project that I'm totally devoted in, and was hoping some of you can help out with. The project was thought up by some friends and I at our local track for one of our trackmates who was diagnosed with cancer. We decided it would be a great idea to help him out and get him a savage to lift his spirits (the best he could afford before was a mini-t running onroad 😵). So I swallowed my love for gaming and got a savage .25 SS that I traded for one of my xbox 360s, but the heartless bastard left me with little more than a pretty paper weight. Me and my friends scrounged up what little money we have (most of my friends don't have jobs, sadly) and we have about $30 saved up for fixing this thing up to get to him running atleast as well as stock, if not a teeny bit better.
Here's a link to the FS thread with details on the screwing over of yours truly and what's needed to get this thing running:

So here are some pics for you who are wondering what the heartless S.O.B. decided would be a good gift for a possibly dying kid:
If you're interested in helping us help him, hop on over to the FS forum and LMK what you got to get this thing running! Thanks for all those who do, it's very much appreciated.
