Savage still in gear after relase throttle

While driving and when i relase throttle its like its still in gear when deacceleration from high rpm.
I did take out the clutchbell and checked the function from the clutch shoes and Springs and they are fine and it still does this
anyone familiar with this?

Sorry but don't understand, are you saying the rpms stays high after releasing the throttle?

No, its suposed to "neutral" when i release throttle but its not. Like still in gear.
Little hard to explain

If the revs 'hang' after full throttle pass then could be too lean on HSN needle, but it could also be the LSN/idle settings.

Okei, could try to retune it maybye

If you richen the HSN and the issue goes away, then lean the HSN again and if issue comes back then try richen the LSN.

also, if it is still hanging up, check for broken clutch springs or locked up bearings on clutchbell.
