Here are a few pics of my savage. I am looking to start racing it soon. Still left to add: suspension upgrade and mid tank mod. Let me know if there is anything I am missing for racing.

Don't get too hung up on stuff, go get some stick time.

I also agree on that. The difference between the stock linkage and the ofna linkage is day and night.:10: A 2.4 ghz radio system would be nice but not completely necessary. I would do a mid-tank mod as well.

OK OFNA throttle linkage, mid tank mod, LCG TVP's, and zip tie bumpers. I totally agree that practice is the number one thing. I have been going to two tracks in the area a couple times a week, so that is really helping. Thanks for the advice. Why is the OFNA throttle linkage so much better? Will it also work with the servo mounted next to the engine? Any advice on my first race coming up on AUG 1st?
