Savage pulls to to the right on accleration

I have been on temporary disability for a month so decided to build a Savage to take up some time. I bought a thrashed 25 at the swap meet for $35.00. A few of hundred later got it back on the road. I went through the whole truck, Rebuilt both diffs, 4 gears, 7.5k oil in the front, 5k oil in the rear. Shimmed both carriers. Installed an older Picco .26 big block. 1st test drive today it pulls hard right on accleration, the r/f tire is ballooning. Before I start to dissemble any ideas?

Most likely something on the left side binding causing most of the front power to go to the right side.....

The L/F was damaged when I purchased it. The L/lower arm was broken and the bulkhead was damaged on that side. I wonder if I missed something there.
