Savage Octane it is very weak

I have savage octane and I face one problem that when I put the car on something and make the car tires free and start the engine i find the engine torque good , but when i start it
When playing on the ground engine torque is very weak, so please help me

my guess is the tune isn't right. how many tanks have you run through it?

did you mess with the tranny? it could be stuck in high gear.

I play more than 17th tank, and this is the first time I face problem like that
