I am not sure what is the difference between the two since HPI advertises these as better because of the increased number of bevel gears therefore decreasing stress, however both have the same number of gears.

Anyone can clarify?

Your top link goes to the old style 2 bevel gear differential the bottom link goes to the upgraded 4 bevel gear differential, just the picture is wrong, showing the newer upgraded gearset.. and the FLUX HP comes with the upgraded diffs anyway

Ok thats great then, its just the part numbers then, they are the same as the old 2 bevel gear but it has 2 of the as it is shown on the flux manual

I just took another look on the exploded views of the diffs above, the savage HP bevel gears have a part no. 86732 the new upgraded bevel gears have part no. 86032b. So are these two different?

So is there any upgrade to the savage flux spyder gears, i inly found some chinese on ebay, anyone tried them?

Well since EVERYTHING is made in china and being cast potmetal your choices are going to be limited anyway, check A Main and other retailers to see if there may be something better, good luck in your search
