the kit came with a aluminum inner cone part #86112

it was in a bag not in the pipe.should i put it in there?whats it do?

Makes it quiet I think. I was told you loose power but IDK never used that pipe ...

its goes in the pipe to quite it but it is louder with it out and more powerfull

Really IV heard the opposite does make it a little queiter but makes little more power cause it creates more back pressure IDK I never used it either just what I have read.

that pipe is usually the first thing that guys rip off their savage and throw into the woods; not sure how many accurate reply's your gonna get to your question.
