savage 3.5 rich problem

My savage 3.5 starts to run very rich at half tank. Please help me its driven me nuts trying to figure it out

No realy loads up with fuel when it stalls it is dripping from exhaust

Ive never heard of that happening. Has anyone else heard of this? I think somethng else may be the problem.

to be sure it is a new one on me....I would have to see it with my own and check it out personally......

Clean and reoiled my air filter and seems to have taken care of my prob thanks all
