i just picked up this truck off ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=190415322284 . i have the HPI conversion kit at home (http://www.hpiracing.com/products/en/100413/). will this kit work on this truck?

yes you will be fine, as long as the tvp conversion comes with the ext rear dog bone your good ..
