Savage 25 only ran ince

Found this savage 25 only started once great condition. Found a roto shaft and muffler. Even had original manual. Waiting on mentioned parts to get running. So far all servos function. Has extra diffs extra. How hard can I run it. Is there a part area available that I haven't found yet.

Only started once after break-in or only started and ran once in its life?

If the engine has only seen fuel and started one time, you will need to complete the break-in process before you should do any heavy driving. If the manual doesn't sufficiently describe this process, search the site for guidance. I recall reading something the Horatio recently wrote that addresses this topic.

eBay has been my "go to" parts supplier since I got back into the hobby.

Looking over your pics, two things jump out to me.
1. You will need to find the rubber gearbox cap. Part 87041
You don't want dust and other crap inside your tranny box.

2. Air filter:
The foam looks to have shrunk.
If you haven't already done so, carefully remove the air filter and then discard the foam portion
of the filter.
Odds are high that dry rot has set in and the foam can crumble.
You don't want that debris inside your engine.
Personally, I would install a different air filter, but at the very least replace and oil the foam.
